Can I change or cancel my order?

Should you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us here. Whilst we are unable to guarantee that changes can be accommodated once an order has been placed, requests received prior to dispatch will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can you exchange items?

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order via the following contact methods here.

Upon approval and receipt of the returned item at our warehouse, we will promptly process your exchange or refund. Please rest assured that any discount applied to your original purchase will be honoured for your exchange, ensuring a seamless and refined experience.

Which countries are the products delivered to?

Orders placed on this shop can be shipped to the United Kingdom; Europe, including Austria, Belgium, and 17 additional countries; North America, covering the USA and Canada; Asia, including China, Hong Kong, and one more country; the GCC region, specifically the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait; as well as Oceania, including Australia, Nauru, and Tuvalu.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. For standard delivery within the United Kingdom and many international regions with orders over £300, shipping is free. If you prefer faster delivery, express shipping options are available at an additional cost, which varies by region.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We offer both Standard and Express shipping methods depending on your region.

  • In the United Kingdom, you can choose between Standard delivery (3–5 business days, free) and Express delivery (1–2 business days, £4.99).
  • For Europe, North America, Asia, GCC, and Oceania, we provide Standard International shipping (usually 5–10 business days) free of charge, as well as Express International shipping with faster delivery times (1–5 business days) at an additional cost specific to each region.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.
