The Blade Heels are more than just footwear—they are the result of nearly half a year of dedication, where cutting-edge 3D technology met the artistry of traditional craftsmanship. This innovative process has redefined what’s possible in luxury footwear, blending precision, creativity, and functionality to create something truly unique.

Unlike conventional stilettos with PVC tips to soften impact, the Blade Heels embrace their raw identity, producing a crisp metallic click with every step—a bold sound of empowerment. The journey began at the legendary Springline Shoe Last Factory in Northampton, where we commissioned a bespoke shoe last as the foundation of our design.

To bridge traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation, we 3D-scanned the shoe last, transforming it into a digital model. Using advanced software, we meticulously designed the high heel. Early attempts with stainless steel casting were met with challenges, requiring months of trial and error. Determined to achieve perfection, we turned to 3D metal powder printing—a revolutionary technique that, despite its high cost, delivered unmatched precision and quality.

Creating the Blade Heels didn’t stop with the 3D printing process. Attaching the intricately designed heels to the calfskin shoe body required expertise and collaboration. Partnering with master craftsmen in the industry, we spent a month perfecting a tailored midsole and outsole that would seamlessly integrate the modern heel with the traditional shoe structure. Custom screws were used to assemble the components, resulting in a flawless first prototype.
