At first, we visited the renowned Springline shoe last factory in Northampton and commissioned a custom shoe last. To integrate modern technology with traditional craftsmanship, we 3D scanned the shoe last, converted the data, and designed a high heel using advanced software.

After experimenting with stainless steel casting, which proved unsatisfactory after three months of effort, we turned to 3D powder steel printing. Despite its high cost, this cutting-edge technique was chosen for its superior quality and precision, ensuring the best possible outcome for our design.

Once the heels were finally developed, the challenge of attaching them to the shoe body emerged. To tackle this, we collaborated with the most skilled craftsman in the industry. After a month of intensive discussion and experimentation, we crafted a midsole and outsole perfectly tailored to the shoe's unique design. Using custom screws, we assembled the components, culminating in the completion of the first version of the shoe—a seamless blend of traditional craftsmanship and innovative technology.
