We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@riverpeace.co. Returns must be authorised before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Notice
All items must be returned in original, resaleable condition. Items returned without original swing tags attached, or in any condition that renders them unsuitable for resale, will not be accepted.
If such items are received, the return will be refused, and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to assess and determine whether returned merchandise meets our resale standards.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
